Whilst Knead for Health recognises that your schedule may change, we do require 24 hours notice of your cancellation. This allows us time to fill your booking with another client and to re-organise our staff.

Should less than 24 hours notice of cancellation be given, it is our normal policy to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the massage booked.
